I feel so blessed to have had Mr. Ricks as my realtor. He really listened to what I was looking for and delivered. He was very patient and understanding and really helped me get threw a very stressful and emotional time. Mr. Ricks was very on point with every part of my paperwork to make sure I was covered and got into the home I loved and wanted.
