Ronald (Ron) L. Miranda is a real estate broker who has been in the real estate business for over 14 years. He has experience in all areas of real estate, including listing traditional home for sale and representing buyer purchases, buying and selling foreclosure properties, REO/short sales, investment properties, such as owner finance, subject-to, wholesale acquisitions and rehab/flip properties. Ron brings a proven track record of successfully negotiating the best deals for his clients. He is not only an expert in understanding buyers and sellers needs, but he can also read through any real estate deal to find all potential issues that may arise during negotiations so you don't have worry about them. His goal is to provide his clients with the highest quality of service available while making the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
He has played many roles in his storied career, including mortgage loan officer, mortgage broker, real estate agent, state-wide managing broker, sponsoring broker, and serial entrepreneur of multiple businesses. Today, Ron is the CEO of 1st Brokerage, a company that embodies a culture that puts people (1st) first. Ron has an ability to operationally scale brokerages through periods of rapid growth, and he stands apart as a strong leader in our industry.

The companies employs a team of more than 300 real estate agents and close more than 1,000 transactions per year, ranging from traditional purchases, home sales, to foreclosures, short sales, and probate, and divorce settlement homes. In 2022 Ron joined forces with Direct Rate USA, as his lending partner and both continue to help homeowners, investors, Veterans and first-time homebuyers with their real estate needs.
