Our property was in a condominium community where over 70 units were on the market so there was a lot of competition. Ronald advised us on pricing and then when we should adjust the pricing slightly to get more traffic. He stayed with us every step of the way and was dogged in terms of followup and getting the proper documentation from the Condo Association which was not without challenges. In the end, he made the deal happen and although we did not get our asking price, we did achieve roughly 92% of asking which in this challenging market and with the level of competition, was very respectable achievement.
