Ron has been our realtor for two real estate transactions. Ron is just awesome. He brings in a lot of reassurance to often uncertain process of buying or selling real estate. Ron figures out quickly how to work with the client and as he says he spends time digesting and understanding his client with every conversation. He provides input in an objective way without being pushy but also validates what the client is saying. In our specific case, he gave us a lot of advise not just for real estate but also what works for our family. He had us covered. There are a lot of people who can claim they are gurus of real estate in a particular area but understanding and responding to clients’ needs, only some people can do. Esp. in a neutral and non pushy way. Ron is also a master of communication and can handle sticky situations very very well. I’d highly recommend Ron.
