We met at an open house he was hosting and he was knowledgeable about the areas we were most interested in. Our criteria for what we were looking for was pretty flexable so it was hard to narrow our search down but Ronnie was persistent, without any pressure, in sending us properties to look at and willing to go by and video ones we were interested in to save us the 400 mile round trip to physically look at places. He was very helpful in resolving some issues that needed to be addressed to close the deal on our purchase and we were still able to close quickly in spite of the difficulty in scheduling and parts problems.
