Got a second offer for over asking within a week of going back on the market, also for over the asking price. During the closing process our HOA was very slow to provide the recertification needed for resale and Ron was constantly on them and their contractor to make sure that we could close on time. He is also tremendously knowledgeable with regard to Butler County real estate. He knows a bunch of what is going on with local schools, zoning and planned construction.
