I started to get my home and property ready to sell and Ron worked with me from start to finish. He advised me on every aspect from preparing the house and property all the way through to the closing. I am a single father with children and I have a very busy career schedule and I could never have done this without Ron. He went above and beyond and he was hands on in getting the home staged and ready before we listed. We had 3 offers within 24 hours of listing the house. I accepted an offer within 36 hours of listing. Ron assisted and advised me every step of the way including finding and coordinating my new home with simultaneous closings for a very smooth transition for me and my family.
