We worked with Bruce on both buying and selling this property. He did a great job evaluating the market conditions and communicating his recommendations. He listened to us and addressed our concerns in an honest and straight forward manner.
Bruce did an outstanding job for us. We looked at 27 different properties and put in three offers over almost a year period. We found our new home! Bruce then sold our old house in one week with a good offer. He was great at communicating and kept us informed throughout the process. We highly recommend his service.
