I met Ron through family. He presented me with several pages of information with regard to property near mine, which was helpful. I have lived in America for 11 years, but never been involved in property negotiations. I had sold 3 of my properties in South Africa at the price I asked. We disagreed on the price of the property, but I thought he knew better, so agreed on his pricing. In all our dealings Ron communicated well and expeditiously. When I did not understand how or why something was done, such as the many taxes to be paid, he was happy to explain it to me. The closing was well handled. I would recommend his services as a realtor.

Ron is a great Realtor. This was especially true for a recent sale where I was the executor of a friend's estate. The condo was appraised at $165K, but Ron noted that similar properties in the same complex at that price lingered on the market for months. We set the price a little lower and within a week received an offer at the listing price. He also assisted in taking care of some last-minute issues.

My house was put for sale on a Friday and by Sunday night it was sold.
