Ron Vitello

Ron was absolutely a dream to work with. We actually met him at an open house he was hosting for other clients. We put at ease from the first min, great charisma and super funny. We hired him on the spot! We were first time home buyer new to FL. Ron completely held our hand throughout the whole process and was always available to answer any questions, literally day or night. He's a wealth of knowledge and experience over 20 years. He was able to navigate us amist new waters with regards to the changed in the business because of COVID-19. Ron is super responsive, he always for back to us within a few mins and always on the same day. He was able to negotiate a heck of a deal even though there were other competitive offers on our house. We love Ron and couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Next house, no question we're hiring Ron again to both sell our house and buy a new one dream home!

Ron explains every step of the way and makes it as easy as it can possibly be. Which to be honest I still didn't find the process exactly easy because it is what it is but I can't imagine what it would've been like without Ron. He's organized, very resonsive via phone and text, and sends documents that can be signed electronically. Plus Ron has a team of professionals he works with. He's got an inspection Guy, wonderful people at the title company he works with, and he can put you in touch a great mortgage broker. So when you work with Ron, you also get his A-team. And lastly, Ron cares. He was very patient with us as we looked at a bunch of properties (often with our twin toddlers in tow!) and he helped us find THE house. I could tell he cared about us finding the right house for us and our boys to grow up in. We're now in a house that's absolutely perfect for us and we would not have this house if it weren't for Ron. I can't recommend him enough.
