My husband was hell bent on selling our home...
My husband was hell bent on selling our home himself. Ron came by, as many agents did, shared a bit of insight. Ironically, some of the same insight I shared, but obviously his delivery was different from mine. The changes he suggested were made over a 3 week period. We listed our home the first weekend in October with him, we closed on the sale of it on December 12th. He has a nack of meeting you where you are. My husband doesn't do "fluff", Ron's to the point attitude won his respect and thus our home listing.
