Ron was amazing! He helped us with many aspects of selling our home. He gave us great tips on how to keep our house show ready. He has a lot of knowledge about real estate markets and what will helps sell your home quickly. He also helped us in purchasing our new home which was a new build. He was at the build site at least once a week to make sure that the builder was doing things correctly! He caught some things that we would never have known about and worked on our behalf to have the changes made correctly. He was with us through the whole process and did an amazing job!

Ron was incredible to work with. He knows all aspects of real estate. He is knowledgeable about different geographical areas, he is knowledgeable and has experience with regards to loans, he has great connections for whoever you might need along the way (loan officers, inspectors, etc. of which all his recommendations were also very easy to work with), and he has great communication. He knows all the ins-and-outs and is so generous passing along advice and direction. Our purchase went very smoothly, especially considering it was a quicker closing that typical. I recommend Ron to everyone we know and will definitely be using him next time we have real estate needs.

We couldn't be more pleased with Ron and his services. The real estate that we purchased was a rental property and that is new territory for us. Ron took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions and give us pointers in this purchase. He not only has years of experience in the finance portion of real estate which also came in helpful, but deep personal experience himself in rental properties. Ron took the time to go over what we needed to do to declutter our home and get it ready to sell. He explained how the process worked as far as listing our home and what to expect. He gave us recommendations when we asked him for contractors to do some work that we needed done on the home that we could not do ourselves. He was very thorough about making sure we understood all the paperwork we needed and would receive at the closing--before the closing. We have never had a realtor that has worked so hard to sell our home. He is professional and definitely went the extra mile. We would highly recommend Ron for your real estate needs.
