I personally have found Ron Pearce and his associate (wife) to be extremely knowledgeable, very hard working and above all honest. They are true and devoted professionals, and stand out in their goal to succeed. We first purchased a building lot and Ron was extremely helpful in this endeavor; in fact knowing that we were not completely satisfied with the first building lot that we put a contract on; he continued to look for us and found the ideal lot that we ultimately closed on. We are now working with Ron, his builder & preferred bank to build a custom home.,Everything should close on or before December 30, 2016. Again, all of my dealings have been directly with Ron and Carol Pearce. Through their coordination, we worked with the builder Impact Homes and Regions Mortgage. My experience has been solely with Ron and Carol, and as this survey shows we are very happy with their professionalism at all levels.

Ron and Carol were always prepared to show us everything we wanted to see and they were very organized. They even stopped spontaneously to look at a builders open house that helped us confirm that we wanted to build new.

I was lucky enough to come across Ron Pearce. I am not local and Ron has handled three sales for me perfectly and has several additional listings. I cannot think of any areas for improvement. He has been excellent in regards to providing data for pricing/marketing, MLS writeup, signage, clear and immediate communication, quick and easy access to him, negotiations, efficient Docusign usage for contracts, coordination of local labor when necessary, personal involvement with anything necessary to be done locally for a nonlocal seller, and taking necessary steps to resolve any issues necessary to get to closing. His recommendation of a closing agent was also an excellent decision. All in all, I am very satisfied.

We had worked with Ron and Carol in the past and they always provide excellent service! We have been so pleased with there service that while we were still living in Michigan, my husband's father passed away. We needed to move his 87 year old mother to Florida because we already had made our plans to move back to Florida as soon as our house sold. I looked on the Internet for a condo for her, contacted Ron and Carol to go check it out and bought it sight unseen because of our trust level with Ron and Carol. We were not disappointed nor was his mom. There is no comparison with Ron and Carol. They are an excellent team that take care of everything and help the buyer keep their stress level down. Ron and Carol deserve every compliment we can give. That is why we would never use anyone else and always recommend them to our friends and family.
