Ron's expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction was critical to the successful purchase of my daughter's first home. He was quickly able to ascertain what type of property would best fit the need and helped us navigate the process. This was especially challenging as I do not live in FL and was actively involved in the process. He made it all quite seamless - despite my endless questions. Additionally, we were very interested in closing early and he was not only patient with the repeated requests, but made it happen two days early while managing to negotiate an unexpected concession from the seller.
