From the first time I met Ron I was struck by his expertise, local knowledge, and gentle manner, and his wonderful ability to not just listen carefully but to also remember and integrate my plans and vision with what he knew. He never pushed, barely nudging. In fact, one of my fondest memories was when we walked into the house he eventually helped me buy. The house was not his listing but his inside knowledge helped us take a look before it was to open the following weekend. We both looked around and through a very beautiful, pretty much turn-key home. Being the real estate research business myself, I know values and the market pretty well. After only ten minutes I told Ron I was good to go, asking, "What do I have to do?"
He smiled and said, "Thank goodness," going on to explain that he respected the short time that we had known each other and that because of it he didn't feel it was proper for him to scream out BUY IT!!
The home was a short sale and took over six months to close. Ron's expertise and experience helped throughout. He was continually updating me on the short sale process as it went along, reassuring me that things would be just fine. And he was right. Toward the final days of closing he drafted letters on my behalf concerning particulars about the residence, factors that were instrumental in getting nearly 10K in credits at closing - on a short sale!
I have recommended Ron to my friends and will continue to do so. He is the first person that comes to mind when I think of excellent real estate agents.
Thanks again, Ron
