Very well prepared, definitely did his homework regarding comps prior to arrival,was early for the appointment and made a list of items that needed attention for best curb appeal while waiting for us to arrive and meet him. Dressed very professional, had a binder of information with listings to show us how he would market the home including room measurements. We interviewed 3 realtors and he was hands down the best choice for the job.
