Ron was our third realtor, and we finally found the right home, at the right price, in the right location with his assistance. We live out of town and wanted to purchase for our upcoming retirement. This proved more difficult for us until we found Ron. Not only did he set us up with a very good automatic notification of new properties, he reviewed them himself and pointed us to the house we eventually purchased! With other realtors, the work was all on our side. Because properties are quickly sold, often with a bidding war, Ron was able to get inside this property before anyone else, and used video chat in order for us to "see" the property as well. He then helped us with a price and the negotiations, and the property was quickly ours without a bidding war. He then helped us with the inspection and remote closing too. Because of his help, the purchase of our new home was fairly stress free, and that in itself is very rare. I would highly recommend Ron to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area.
