Ronald L. Evans was phenomenal from the first day the hard work started with travel from the many properties on the market within our financial reach. Myself being self employed, I just don't have the luxury of time. Ron understood my challenges with my other commitments and stayed on the market trail do so much of the on site research work for us before we would have our days of exploring property sites. He really did the heavy lifting understanding my own personal life's challenges and making such a conscience effort not to waste my valuable time. Once our site of choice was located Ron contacted the sellers agent and also made the effort to understand their goals of selling their beloved Home in a thriving special neighborhood where they were leaving so many friends behind. In the negotiating process Ron made our whole experience feel like we were Friends doing business with Friends.
