He was honest about pros and cons and let us come to our opinions. For example, he never pushed us to make offers we didn't want to make, and he gave us the decision-making power. Second, Ron was readily available and extremely responsive to our MANY calls, emails, and texts throughout the entire process. The house hunting journey is wild with highs and lows, and Ron kept us encouraged and was a helpful sounding board when we had serious concerns.
