Ron Cook was the best real estste agent I have ever worked with. His persistence, hard work, and attention to detail are phenomenal! I will be referring him to my son and his wife and anyone else that I hear of that are looking for a home. I have never received such personalized, professional service as I have with Ron. Thanks to him, the seller made all repairs requested and even gave a credit at closing, and settlement was as smooth as glass. I cannot say enough good things about Ron Cook and the Patterson-Schwartz agency. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 20. Absolutely perfect!
