Ron Cook

Ron and his partner Wendi sold our home fairly quickly at a fair price. Great people. But, once the contract to purchase was signed, we (nor the buyer) never heard a word from either of them again until the day of closing. No updates, no communication (except for an email that WE initiated) even up until the day of closing, they were ghosts. On the morning of the closing day, we had not received a single communication or buyers disclosures from either Ron or Wendi - nor - the title agent. I have bought and sold many homes in my life, and I am very aware of the process so I didn’t need much guidance, but I found it to be very unprofessional that the selling agent did not walk through the closing steps with either the buyer or the seller. In my opinion, the effort they put in was not in line with the compensation we paid them.
