Ron Callis

From the moment my brother and I interviewed Ron at our recently deceased brother's house in Maple Valley, we were impressed with his knowledge, professionalisim, and personality. We knew that this wouldn't be an "ordinary" listing for him, and he was quick to assure us that he would be able to help us with all our needs. His partner Jessica Johnson was an added bonus for this listing. Besides the main house, there were 2 different types of gazebos on the property and an old shed that were stuffed from top to bottom with items in them for us to go through, which we wound up throwing away almost 6 tons of junk into an idustrial sized bin. We had to have some repairs done and Ron found us a contractor that fixed everything beyond what we expected, which added to the beauty of the home. Ron and Jessica are both "hands on" Realtors. It took us a little over a month to get the house ready to list, and they were with us all the way. We had to leave Maple Valley after about 6 weeks there. My brother went back to Woodstock, Illinois and I went home to Vancouver, WA. The listing had to indure further repairs, serious medical issues, a break-in at the house which required new doors, and the Pandemic. Ron was only a phone call away. I would recommend Ron and Jessica to anyone and everyone. You'll be hard-pressed to find more dedicated Realtors. He not only is our Realtor, he has become a friend.
