Ron Baldwin

My wife and I had a remarkable experience with Ron, his son Brian, the agent contact, Vicki and the building contact, Ryan. Having never been involved in a new build, my wife and I were constantly putting forth questions, requests and concerns and each time, with efficiency, patience and extreme professionalism, we were put at ease, pointed in the right direction or given suggestions to make the process as seamless as possible. We first met Ron and shared our hopes for a house in the Staley Meadows development and he found time on numerous occasions to meet with us personally, open homes for us to visit, answer questions and review floor plans. Beyond those visits, our experiences were with Brian, Vicki and Ryan, all of whom exceeded our expectations and worked diligently to maintain communication with us throughout the process. Most often our interaction was with Ryan and he was beyond exceptional. He visited us via text or phone call every step of the five month process, updating us on progress, answering questions about even the simplest of details and ensuring that everything right down to exterior outlets and bar plumbing was to our satisfaction. The Baldwin Team treated us with respect, compassion and understanding and made a very stressful process as easy as possible.
