Ron not only helped us sell our house but also helped us find another house to buy. He was great in answering my many questions, communicating with me, serving as liaison between us and prospective buyers and sellers, coordinating things with the title companies and my lender, and showed a great knowledge of real estate and what he could do to facilitate the process. The only issue we had was that the pictures taken of our house did not accurately portray the property. This I mention only because the eventual buyer made that comment to us. He said that, once inside the house, he was pleasantly surprised by what he saw, but the pictures he saw didn’t do it justice. I also think that placing a sign at the entrance to the subdivision generated some interest once it was posted. To recap, I would highly recommend Ron to serve your real estate needs.
