Working with Romy was a pleasant experience from the very first meeting. She knows her stuff; exactly what my house was worth in the current market and came prepared with a definitive plan for its sale. No unrealistic promises, her recommendations were based on facts and knowledge. In addition to her expertise, she was ALWAYS there to help and willing to do anything to make sure things went smoothly. My movers did a small amount of wall damage; since I was moving out of state, it would have been extremely difficult for me to remain in the area to take care of these items.
