Romi Schneider, a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate, Mortgage Broker, and investment Specialist was, for over three years, a Top Producer in her previous firm. She has now brought that expertise to EXP Realty where she will continue helping Sellers with their luxury properties but plans on expanding
portfolios to include high-end real estate investments, particularly to the
out-of-state investor. Her recent addition of a Mortgage Broker as one of
her certifications promise to make this new endeavor another resounding
success, not just for her but for her clients.
Romi is a graduate of Florida International
University. She holds undergraduate degrees in Marketing and
International Business, and then obtained the renowned Master of Science in
International Real Estate (MSIRE). She is a lifetime member of Beta Gama Sigma and regularly gives back to junior students through her work as a mentor with the Real Estate Mentor Program at FIU. Among her industry designations, she is most proud of her VA Certification and delights in her service to Military clients as she appreciates their service to America.
Romi’s life experiences, paired with her superb scholarship are
assets that serve her clients' objectives. She is very passionate about
Real Estate and assists all clients, expert to novice, homeowners or investors,
through the complex Real Estate process. This now includes the important
tangential aspects of the loan process, which are key to a successful Real Estate transaction.
Romi volunteers as a member of her community’s Violations
Housing Board, and does charity work with Hope Methodist Church, Miami Lakes,
on a regular basis. When time permits, she enjoys her family and friends,
particularly traveling, reading, watching foreign films, and fitness.
