we were initially out of state when we started the process of buying a home in FL. He was patient in trying to understand what we were looking for. It was a very challenging time for us as a family to find a new home during pandemic. But he helped and guided us through all of it smoothly. We finally narrowed down on a home in Melbourne. With took his recommendation and got the home inspected by a third party inspector even though it is a new construction. We are very glad we did that. They found issues that we did not know existed. Builder fixed everything by the time we moved in. If you are looking to buy a home in central FL, I would highly recommend Romesh!!!
