Romani was amazing to work with! Not only did he help us find the perfect home for our family but he also helped us sell our previous home!

Overall, Romani helped to move the home selling and buying process fairly quickly for us. He did great with getting an accurate estimate for what price point to sell our house at. He was knowledgeable when it came to the houses we were looking at. I’m sure that some of this comes with experience, but I definitely feel as though he could have done a better job of letting us know our options and advocating for us as buyers. We should have gotten some further inspecting done on the house and I feel it was within his responsibilities to make that option known to us. His communication was also spotty. There were some days that he was very quick to respond with things our loan officer needed and other days where we couldn’t get ahold of him. Overall though, he helped to sell our home and get us into this home that we do love (despite the things that need repairing upon further inspection after purchase). He overall worked well with our loan officer to help make the process smoother. I think if he were to continue to work on his communication and further advocacy of his clients, he will do really awesome things in realty.
