We have been searching for a property to fix up and sell for sometime now. Roman had a very good understanding of this process and of our needs. He was helpful in assessing profit margin, he displayed excellent negotiating skills, and was available during the entire process. We will employee his services again when we sell the house.
Without a doubt the best realtor I have worked with. Roman was exceptional. He is/ was always available for questions (even after the sale), learned our needs quickly & always had our best interest in mind. We looked at a variety of properties and our needs changed throughout but he was very patient and thorough resulting in us finding the perfect house. I would not work with anyone else on future needs.
Roman has 2 properties for sale and sold 1 property in the last 12 months, showing 3, sorted by most recent activity
