Roland helped the reviewer buy this property

Speechless!

I've been struggling with this review...because I am hoping to share our experience with Roland with you in a way that makes you understand how amazing he really is. My Partner and I were in the market for a house ...no Agent no real plan, we just knew we wanted to buy. On Sunday's we would get in the car and drive the neighborhoods we liked here and there stopping at houses that had a For Sale sign on the lot. We came across one such house that had Roland's sign in the front yard...mind you this was a Sunday mid-day. Not only did Roland answer the phone, he stayed on the phone...and boy oh boy can my Hubby keep the conversation going! It was plain as day from the very beginning that Roland is not only patient, kind, sincere and genuine he's intuitive, sharp and VERY SMART!!! I can give you a particular example of how he pointed something out about a property that even I didn't consider. There was a BEAUTIFUL house we visited in Ludlow it was across from a very busy highway. We liked the house a lot especially the Mister. I was not crazy about the cars. This was in the Fall when the trees were heavy with colored leaves and I figured well the leaves will help as a barrier, it wont be that bad. Now Roland could've easily pressed forward with the sale.. we liked the house that much. But Roland listened and I think he truly knew how much the cars were gonna be an issue so he pointed out to us that the Fall season would end and following it would be winter so we had to keep in mind that those "protective leaves" weren't going to be around much longer. There were a couple of other smaller things going on with the house, but my point is that even when it may not have benefited him, Roland looked out for us, he LISTENED to what was important to not only us as a couple but us as INDIVIDUALS. He helped us to find a home that was a beautiful combination of what was important to each of us. There is so so much more I can say about Roland..HIGHER HIM!
