Roger was very knowledgable about Sunriver. We purchased our home from him and when we decided to sell he was the only realtor I considered calling. We had multiple offers above our asking price on the first day. His experience and real estate knowledge helped us get far above our initial asking price by over $50, 000. When we purchased the home through him he showed me other homes in Sunriver I might have considered. He was never pushy and his opinion of the homes and the pricing was very consistent with my perception as well. When we found the home online that we purchased Roger immediately contacted the realtor and was able to get our offer in before others had even had a chance to view it. Had he not done this we might not have purchased the home since another buyer might have come in with a higher offer.
