Roger enabled us to sell our turn key furnished Beachplace condo in two days (we have owned it for more than 20 years; never rented it and used it for only 4 months each year). We received a final price that was higher than the suggested asking price from other agents. We originally contacted the four offices that send regular newsletters on Beachplace sales and Roger responded immediately and was the most knowledgeable in my experience. When Roger's suggested asking price was considerably higher than others I asked him to respond to the reasons others had given for a lower estimate. He noted that ours would be the only penthouse for sale and that given other recent sales he convinced me to go with his suggestion. He responded quickly to my e-mails throughout the process (faster than others) and he and his team did an outstanding job in staging, photographing and listing the unit and we closed with an all cash deal in 7 weeks. His staff (especially Barbara Bourn) were equally efficient and responsive. Barbara met with my daughter and me on a Sunday Morning as we were only there for the week end to sort out our personal belongings. She also arranged to ship the things we needed (all arrived safely) and to dispose of other items. She selected and worked with various service people to deal with a number of - mostly minor - inspection issues. She is a gem! The closing went smoothly on schedule, the funds arrived over night, and the next morning we got a plant from Roger!
