Roger Knapp

Roger is well known as the local expert for properties in the Santa Cruz and surrounding area. We wanted to sell a house that needed some work done in order to make it attractive and achieve a price that we were aiming for. We hold your seats - Roger basically has everybody for any tasks. When his builder and other professionals showed up on a Saturday after just a couple of hours notice. I was impressed to say the least. All the work was well coordinated and completed within the time frame that we needed it. Once the house was on the market (with staging furniture organized by Roger) he took care of the landscaping watering etc. If needed he watered the plants himself. I can only recommend Roger to anybody who wants a Realtor that goes the extra mile. Knows the Market and sells your house at top dollars.

Rodger was great to work with. He was able to sell the home in a very challenging environment. He was patient and very responsive. I also feel that Rodgers ability to communicate well with other agents really made a difference.
