Roger is VERY patient & non-pushy. He is not in a hurry to get you sold & done. He is very aware of the real estate market and will save you money with guidance on making an acceptable offer. His Assistant , Kinga , takes over after the offer is accepted and does whatever is necessary to ensure a smooth transaction and closing. I had a house under contract thru Roger but got cold feet and backed out during the inspection period. Roger was right back on the computer for new listings and we found one, which I bought, within a week. As i mentioned he is very patient & just wants you to be happy with your purchase.
