Roger Daniels has been my realtor for three transactions now. When I considered moving to Clark County in 2010 he asked me to make a list of seven things I was looking for in a house. I sent him the list, he showed me one home that ticked every box, so I bought it. While I left the area to prepare to move, Roger supervised the inspection and repairs and updated me on each detail. He was so helpful that there was no question that I would use his help again. The process of both buying and selling has been more complex this time. There were some challenges (Old House Syndrome), but again, Roger was immediately accessible, kept me informed during each step of the process, ran helpful errands, and even advised and helped with some of the repairs needed. He is a patient, attentive listener and born problem-solver. He has become a valued, trusted friend.
