I am very pleased the way Roger helped us with this sale. He set the price higher than I had expected but he assured that the market would allow for that price. The house sold very quickly! Roger gave us advice on how to stage the house what repairs should be done what was not necessary and so forth. He had a lot of contact with us in the preparation, seeing how things came along and giving advice and arranging keys and all of the little extras really piled up and he did a fantastic job!
