We were moving to Baton Rouge when my husband’s job ended. We purchased our Baton Rouge home in December and then consulted with Roger and Christal. They gave us suggestions we could do to make a 25 year old house marketable. They gave us flooring suggestions and painting suggestions—we even used a painter they recommended as well as a carpet company. Great service and reasonable price for both jobs. People told us selling in the early virus stage was going to be difficult. There were already three houses for sale on our street. Our house sold and closed within six months. Our realtors in Baton Rouge for our purchase were a husband and wife team and they were incredible. I had to have a realtor sell our house because we were out of state since the move. I wanted a husband and wife team to sell our house in Lexington. There are others to pick from, but we chose the Brownings. They are knowledgeable of trends and offer valuable advice.
