Roger was available to us 24/7. He was prompt, professional, and always kept my wife and I updated of the progress throughout the process. He’s second to none. Our purchase became a bidding war and for 96 hours nonstop Roger was in constant contact with us and with the seller to ensure that not only did the seller know how serious we were about this house but also essentially assured us we wouldn’t let this house slip through our fingers. We have ZERO complaints about Roger! Literally none. I know excellent’s across the board are unusual but they’re merited in this circumstance.
