Rodney is a really great agent to work with, over the past three years I have worked with him to buy and sell a house and recently purchase a piece of property. He is very prompt in replying to any question you may have. He communicates directly with your lender, which has seemed to expedite the closing process. He is very accessible, I've met with him as early as 8am to as late as 8pm all days of the week. He's very knowledgeable, I've only had a couple questions that he didn't already know the answer to, and for those questions he had an answer back to me within the day. And lastly, he is a friendly person who is very easy to work with; I would recommend him to anybody.

Rodney asks a lot of questions to identify what you are really looking for in a new property, and has the experience to help you find the right house for sale. I have met and dealt with other real estate agent's, but none that seem to have my interest at heart like Rodney does. He knows the market well enough to price a home at the right price so it sells fast. The best real estate agent should have experience, knowledge, and put forth the effort to find you a home, or sell your home as fast as possible while getting you the most money possible, and I know Rodney does. I own a business, and I cannot afford to put up with mediocrity, so it is refreshing that Rodney strives for excellence and proves himself time and time again. One time, he even pointed out things about a property I was considering that I did not know and was glad that he did, because it would have been a mistake to purchase that property. If you are looking for a great real estate agent, you should at least speak with Rodney and you'll know why I rate him five stars.
