Rodney was a huge asset and partner in the home buying process. He supported us at first looking for an existing property, then later shifted gears to help with building our new home. Rodney was great throughout the process. He was quick to track down answers and info to many questions on building options and customizations. Once we were in the process of designing and building he was very supportive and helped us navigate any hurdles that arose. Overall, very please with Rodney and would highly recommend him as an agent. He was super helpful and efficient at helping us sell our existing home in 1 day and above listing price. Rodney has been great to deal with on many fronts. When we moved to RVA in 2020 he and his team helped us to find a house in the area we wanted. So certainly when it came time to move due to a job change we had no doubt on who to call. Being out of state Rodney helped out tremendously with the process and helped us with selling our home in a tough market today.

Rodney handled the sale of our deceased parent's long-time home. In going through the desk drawers I found Rodney's business card with a note attached that said to call him and use him as the realtor...he will take care of you. Ther were right as usual...he did. He made suggestions to help with the marketability of the house. And even helped to line up the work...painters, cleaners, movers etc. (Everyone that he suggested was also very professional and responsive.) This was a great help given that we live out of town and more then six hours away. In the end the house sold before the listing went live and closed within three weeks.
