Rodney, you've worked with me for over a year chasing a dream with minimal to work with, just a dream in my heart. You sat with me several, several times as I tried to express myself, sometimes through tears to grasp my vision and make it reality. I always had that , it's gonna happen belief but you believed in me, regardless. You found my HOME, and I'm in it. Rodney made our home buying purchase a breeze even with a few obstacles, one being out of state buyers. We were living in Virginia but wanted to purchase a home in Florida. We made frequent trips to FL and Rodney made sure to make time to show us houses each time we came. After the visits we still didn’t find our home, but that didn’t stop Rodney from looking. He went above and beyond by sending us houses and for the ones we wanted to see he would drive through the neighborhoods and send us videos of them and inside the houses. With those videos that he sent, we ended up finding our home! During the purchase process he was still our advocate by telling the builder of any issues we saw and the ones he noticed. He also checked on us a few weeks after us moving in. He was amazing the whole way through. Thank you so much Rodney!
