I saw their picture and I thought that they looked like a very nice couple. I liked the idea of having a two person team to help sell my home. Rodney is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. Rodney has excellent communication skills and is very professional! He always answered my calls or returned my calls in a timely manner. Rodney displayed the qualities that I wanted in a realtor that would be selling my home, he speaks very eloquently, he has integrity, honesty, he is helpful, has open communication, excellent communication skills, knowledgeable, understands and explains the complexity of transactions (my home sale was very complex with multiple owners selling the home), explains in detail the transaction so I understood what I was signing. Nellie played a very important supporting role in the sale of my home. She was always there to answer questions and make the paperwork go smoothly. Although I had more contact and time spent with Rodney, his wife Nelly also deserves some of my gratitude. They worked hard and fast in selling my property. In my opinion they both went over and beyond my expectations in all phases of the sale. Their advertisement flyer was so professionally prepared. On the offers that followed they guided me in my analyses as to which offer would merit the best consideration since I wasn't going for the highest offer, but rather for the best buyer to, at least, maintain the status quo of the neighborhood. On the time frame, from the planning stage to the final consummation of the sale contract, they always acted timely and quickly. The only reason I we are able to say we are home owners are due to Rodney and Nelly. After many months of searching, we contacted Rodney about a home listing. That listing fell through however he kept us in mind and kept in touch with us. He was able to work with our budget and able to get us into our perfect home, at an extremely great price, and had our offer accepted before it hit the market. Honestly if it wasn't for them we would probably still be searching or not being able to afford it due to the home price skyrocketing. Their knowledge and patience with us made our first purchase a seemless and painless. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone either buying or selling their property.

I met Rodney over a year before I was finally ready to list my place. I stopped into an open house to introduce myself because I respected his and Nelly’s involvement in the community. Over that year, he kept in touch and we would discuss the market. And the market went crazy! After I left the area for my new home, Rodney and Nelly made several trips to Salvation Army or other charities to get rid of my abandoned furniture, etc. (Because of Covid, charities were not picking up.) Anyway, the delay worked to advantage because we got 26 offers in 6 days and the sale price probably went up about $70,000! And Prop 19 will benefit me at the new house. So all worked out. 😀🙏🏻
