This is a firm recommendation from Jennifer Schutt ,If you are looking for a real realtor,Rodneyis the best of them.I have been in the same business for 29 years and was looking for a home for 3 years , I was in Florida and saw the home I bought last February .the story is great .I was in a hurry to get a hold of someone To go look T this home and Rodney call after he saw that i had look at it on line.He was on the phone ASAP.I asked hom if he would go and look at it soon.He offered to go right away.I was thrilled because homes were selling before they hit the market.so I was happy that he wanted to go right away.and did that evening and call and got in the home and took great pictures that weren't on the listing .He sent them to me from home and was quite far from his home.after I talked to him and showed me every room.I asked him to reach out to the listing agent and I asked him he thought this was the house I would want.He said do it I have known him for years in the business and he new me so I asked him if he wanyed to take over for me I was in Florida and new it would sell so he put a offer in for me .and it was excepted do to his knowledge of tje home and he took care of everything. He gott the inspector for me and we there when he came .He went when the appraisal was needed .The home was empty. I got to michigan 4 days later and went to the closing 2 days later.Ha had everything done even lined up the insurance for me.He is a very honest and he is a today guy.not a tomorrow guy.if he hadn't went right away and jumped on it with the listing agent, I would have
