Rodney has in depth contractor knowledge that is invaluable and can keep you from making a mistake and allows you to get the best value for your money. He knows about the materials in houses you look at, the quality of the workmanship, contracting standards (i.e. deck is up to the new 2016 coding standards). Additionally if the inspector misses anything rest assured he knows what to look for.
