Rodney has helped us to buy three of our four properties in the East Bay. On our first purchase we had a great agent but after the purchase she kinda disappeared which was hard because we trusted her. Rodney Acoff and I met through a friend of mine who successfully purchased his first Multi-family unit. This I thought fantastic as I was able to learn as I went along on this journey. Rodney showed up, rain or shine ready to meet agents, explaining to me what was going on all the way until I had those keys in my hand.
