Sale of property on Weeks Road

Mr. Matthews was an EXCELLENT representative for this sale. From the first conversation where he looked up similar sales and gave me a starting point higher than I'd expected all the way to the closing he was there with solutions and advice. The closing lawyer (they used a recipricating office) was horrible. They supposedly didn't know I was scheduled for a closing and she wasn't there. They didn't tell us that until about an hour into the waiting period. Then the story was the lawyer was in a meeting. The wonderful Notary handled the paperwork. Mr. Matthews explained to her that I could give Power of Attorney for the one document that required the lawyer's signature. Even at that it was a three hour process and he remained calm through it all. I would recommend him to anyone needing to list a property.
