Rod is very knowledgeable about Real Estate laws, regulations, do's and don'ts,etc, if you listen to Rod he'll explain any question u have in detail, if he doesn't know he'll find out and get right back to you. He's very honest and respects your views but does not hesitate to point out things you may not have. considered when it comes to properties.
