Rod made my experience waaay easier than the previous time I bought a house with someone else. He was honest and didn't hold back information that would make the house less desirable just to get a sale. Very methodical. If it didn't meet his standard he would let you know as well as the seller. At any point in time I always had at least 5-7 houses to choose from and he constantly updated the lists as time went on. He was also very patient with me as I was overseas when I bought the house so I would scrutinize every picture I saw to make sure it was the right house for me. Stuck with me for 3 months of me telling him I didn't like house after house! lol I never had to wait on him as he would always respond in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Rod to everyone in search of a house.
