About Rod

A little about me....I'm a full-time Naples resident and Realtor since 2008, loving the relaxed Naples lifestyle and beautiful beaches. Originally from Massachusetts, I was CEO of a successful small business before relocating to Southwest Florida with my family in 2007. I earned my MA Real Estate License before the move and still maintain it today. Beginning my Florida Real Estate career in 2008 during the Great Recession was challenging although rewarding. I quickly gained valuable experience completing Broker Price Opinions while working closely with REMAX and Fannie Mae. That early exposure taught me how to evaluate properties and meet client needs in every market condition. My approach is simple: full service, no-nonsense, and detail-focused to exceed expectations. I strive to make every transaction smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable while delivering superior guidance, marketing and value. I take pride in being responsive, calls, emails, and texts are always responded to promptly. In 2016, I upgraded to a Broker’s License to better serve my customers. With over 850 sales and 18+ years of full time Naples Real Estate experience, I've navigated every market cycle, from the Great Recession crash to the Covid fueled surge and beyond.
