I had taken on the sale of my sister’s house in another state and I knew it would might be a challenge to work long distance with a stranger. I couldn’t be more grateful for this recommendation. Rod was a blessing to work within the sale of my sister’s home. Upon our first meeting at the house, Rod took the time to assess and understand the condition of the home. He evaluated our needs and he provided me with the suggestions of what preparation and maintenance work would be needed to prepare the home for sale. He worked within our budget to best prepare the home for the market. He is very knowledgeable in both the real estate aspect, as well as the modifications needed to best sell the home for the best market price. Rod has such was a very honest and matter-of-fact approach that made it easy to tackle the issues and work within our budget in a timely manner. Rod made me feel comfortable throughout every step of the process. He was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond to questions, concerns, etc... Rod was very proactive in taking initiatives to follow through, yet allowing me to be very much involved. We were never out of touch. Rod really managed the sales process and uses all the tools necessary to bring the house beautifully to market. He is incredibly professional, engaging, and absolutely fabulous to work with… Rod is very good at what he does!
